Requirements
Valid Driver’s License or Reliable Transportation: Must have a valid DL or a dependable ride to and from work.
Physical Stamina: Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and perform physically demanding tasks.
Plant Knowledge: Understanding of plant care, growth patterns, and maintenance.
Landscaping Techniques: Familiarity with hardscaping and softscaping installation processes.
Equipment Operation: Proficiency in using landscaping machinery such as bobcats, leaf blowers, edgers, and chainsaws.
Attention to Detail: Precision in planting, maintenance, and landscape design to create visually appealing outdoor spaces.
Time Management: Ability to efficiently handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Customer Interaction: Strong communication skills to discuss designs, plans, and recommendations with clients.
Responsibilities
Planting trees, shrubs, flowers, and grass.
Installing drainage solutions.
Building and installing hardscaping elements like walkways, patios, or retaining walls.
Laying sod, mulching, and ensuring proper soil preparation.
